To reschedule your game, create an account here under the email address used to make your booking. Your tickets will appear and you’ll just need to hit the blue ‘TRANSFER’ button. You’ll be taken to our website where you can add your desired tickets to your basket and checkout with your existing order converted into credit. You can reschedule your booking (for free!) up until the venue opens on the day of your booking.
Please note, we do not offer refunds.
Do you take cash payments?
Birdies is a cashless venue and we will only accept card payments.
Can I add a person onto my booking?
Sure! Just purchase a ticket for the same time slot as your current booking. It doesn’t have to be under the same name – as long as it’s at the same time you’ll be able to play together.
Do I need to book in advance?
While we do accept walk-ins, we sell all of our ticket allocations online, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your slot.
How do I get there?
For our BATTERSEA venue:
Birdies is located in Circus West Village, best accessible via Grosvenor Arch. The nearest bus stop to this entrance is Battersea Park/Chelsea Gate which serves the 44, 137 and 452 bus routes.
From here, walk down the steps on the south side of Chelsea Bridge and along the river walk to Circus West Village. Look out for the directional signage to Birdies under the arches.
Battersea Power Station now has its own Zone 1 Underground station on the Northern Line. The station entrance/exit is situated on Battersea Park Road.
Other train stations nearby include:
Sloane Square (Circle and District lines): A 12-minute walk via Ranelagh Gardens and Chelsea Bridge or a 5-minute bus ride on routes 452 and 137.
Victoria (Circle, District and Victoria lines): A 20-minute walk via Buckingham Palace Road, Ebury Bridge Road and Chelsea Bridge or a 10-minute bus ride on route 44.
Battersea Park Station (Southern Rail services): A 10-minute walk from the entrances by Chelsea Bridge or at Pump House Lane (off Battersea Park Road).

Is there parking?
At our BATTERSEA venue:
Although we don’t have our own parking facilities at Birdies, guests are able to park at the Battersea Power Station site, located under the Phase 1 building. Parking is charged on an hourly basis and can be accessed from Battersea Park Road.
At our ANGEL venue:
The Angel Central car park is re-opening soon!
Angel Central has 27 spaces, including those set aside for disabled drivers and electric vehicle charging. There is no reservation system and availability is on a first come first served basis.
The car park is situated in Parkfield Street, just off Upper Street and is accessed via Berners Road, which runs along the side of the Business Design Centre.
Is there wheelchair access?
For both our Battersea and Angel venues, while there is wheelchair access to the venue itself and the bar area, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate wheelchairs around the crazy golf course.
Can I bring my dog?
We’re not totally sold on the idea of dogs being around all those golf balls, so unfortunately we do not permit dogs in our venue.
Are you serving food?
We sure are, we serve food everyday at Battersea and Wednesday to Sunday at Angel. Check out our new Cheeky Burger menu on our website.
Please let our staff know upon arrival if you have any dietary requirements.
How long does the game last?
A game of Birdies crazy golf lasts approximately 35-40 minutes — depending on your speed, accuracy and determination, of course. Playing times may vary but we won’t rush you on the course. Please note your game will begin anytime within the 20-minute slot chosen – your selected time may not be your exact start time.
If I book less than the maximum number of people, will I have to play/share holes with others?
No — you’ll always be able to play with your team.
What measures are in place to keep me safe at Birdies?
At Birdies, we’ll take you under our wing & do everything we can to give you the best possible experience.
We’ll continue to have sanitising stations around the venue & available as soon as you come in. We regularly clean the course and everything else in the venue. Wearing a face mask is now up to you. We also continue to encourage everyone at Birdies to give each other space when manoeuvring around the crazy course.
Birdies is a cashless venue & we will only accept card payments.
