Every Friday until 4:20pm.
Every weekend until 3:40pm.

Sunday to Friday until 3:40pm

Children can remain in the venue for food and drinks up until 5pm.

During their visit to Birdies, children must be accompanied by a golf paying adult.

We ask that there is always 1 supervising adult to 3 children at any time and only kids over 4 years old are permitted on the golf course.

Can we book a kids' party with you?

Yes! We can host your kids’ party on Sundays. Get in touch with us at [email protected] to book. At Battersea, we can host up to 15 kids with 5 supervising adults. Wanna book at Angel? We can host up to 20 kids with 5 supervising adults.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds and all ticket sales are final. However, you’re welcome to transfer your booking for free via our website!

Can I transfer my ticket?

To reschedule your game, create an account here under the email address used to make your booking. Your tickets will appear and you’ll just need to hit the blue ‘TRANSFER’ button. You’ll be taken to our website where you can add your desired tickets to your basket and checkout with your existing order converted into credit. You can reschedule your booking (for free!) up until the venue opens on the day of your booking.

Please remember to transfer all tickets & products as unused credit will not remain in your account after your transfer is complete.

Please note, we do not offer refunds.

Do you take cash payments?

Birdies is a cashless venue and we will only accept card payments.

Can I add a person onto my booking?

Sure! Just purchase a ticket for the same time slot as your current booking. It doesn’t have to be under the same name – as long as it’s at the same time you’ll be able to play together.

Do I need to book in advance?

While we do accept walk-ins, we sell all of our ticket allocations online, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your slot.

Is there parking?

At our BATTERSEA venue:

Although we don’t have our own parking facilities at Birdies, guests are able to park at the Battersea Power Station site, located under the Phase 1 building. Parking is charged on an hourly basis and can be accessed from Battersea Park Road.

At our ANGEL venue:

Angel Central has 27 spaces, including those set aside for disabled drivers and electric vehicle charging. There is no reservation system and availability is on a first come first served basis.

The car park is situated in Parkfield Street, just off Upper Street and is accessed via Berners Road, which runs along the side of the Business Design Centre.

Is there wheelchair access?

For both our Battersea and Angel venues, while there is wheelchair access to the venue itself and the bar area, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate wheelchairs around the crazy golf course.

Do you offer discounts for carers?

Carers who are accompanying a guest who requires assistance can play for free! Please send your carer identification in an email to [email protected] and you will receive your 2-4-1 discount code.

Can I store my belongings at Birdies while we are on the golf course?

Yes, we have free cloakrooms at Birdies where you can store your belongings. However, there is limited space and on days where we are near maximum customer capacity please be aware that there may not be space for us to store your belongings for you.

Can I bring my dog?

We’re not totally sold on the idea of dogs being around all those golf balls, so unfortunately we do not permit dogs in our venue.

Are you serving food?

We sure are, we serve food everyday at Battersea. Check out our Cheeky Burger menu on our website.

We are currently not serving food at Angel.

Please let our staff know upon arrival if you have any dietary requirements.

How long does the game last?

A game of Birdies crazy golf lasts approximately 35-40 minutes — depending on your speed, accuracy and determination, of course. Playing times may vary but we won’t rush you on the course. Please note your game will begin anytime within the 20-minute slot chosen – your selected time may not be your exact start time.

If I book less than the maximum number of people, will I have to play/share holes with others?

No — you’ll always be able to play with your team.

What measures are in place to keep me safe at Birdies?

At Birdies, we’ll take you under our wing & do everything we can to give you the best possible experience.

We’ll continue to have sanitising stations around the venue & available as soon as you come in. We regularly clean the course and everything else in the venue. Wearing a face mask is now up to you. We also continue to encourage everyone at Birdies to give each other space when manoeuvring around the crazy course.

Birdies is a cashless venue & we will only accept card payments.

Please note that our venue contains flashing lights, UV lights and loud music.
