Terms And Conditions

When you make a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. If the number of guests attending your booking changes from the original number booked, we reserve the right to adjust the tee off times you are allocated and/or your playing time to ensure all our guests have the best possible Birdies experience. Please be ready to play at the start of your booking as we can only hold the tee off area for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you’re running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

2. Please note that all ticket sales are final and refunds are not offered, except for in the event that a booking is cancelled by SFG Club Ltd. Guests are able to transfer their bookings up to 12 noon on the day of their booking. You can create an account with us in order to do this for free via our website.

3. Full payment for any agreed minimum spend must be paid prior to the booking date.

4. This agreement is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which can be found here: and are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

5. This booking is subject to our general terms and conditions, which can be found here: and are also available at any of our premises or on request from our Reservations and Events team. If you make a booking, it will be solely on the terms set out here and in our general terms and conditions, to the exclusion of all other terms put forward by either you or us, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Together, these terms and our general terms and conditions form the “agreement” between us relating to your booking.

6. PLEASE NOTE: Under 18s are welcome to join us at Birdies every day before 5pm. For health and safety reasons we only permit those aged 6 and above to purchase a golf ticket and play on our course. We require one adult per 3 guests under the age of 18.

7. As a condition to play crazy golf, all players must be aware of and consent to filming. Photography and video footage may be used for PR purposes and marketing material.
